White Bean 'n' Ham Soup

Our Soup is White Bean and Ham. This wonderful great northern white bean soup is an excellent lunch idea! I cooked the ham today so there will be alot of yummy ham in the soup! Each bowl comes with a huge french baguette too! Can't wait to share this with you!

Big Day....

So we were here til 3 AM working trying to get everything ready to go and then I open this doors this AM and well, we had a little plumbing issue... Okay, so I am not going to let this get us down! As soon as this is fixed, we will be making coffee again very soon! Stay tuned!

It's been an amazing process and we are so thankful for our awesome contractor, Doug Vaniman and his subs contractors. They do great work!! Plus, thank you to all our friends, neighbors and family who have supported us every step of the way! Come check us out....

It's Great to Have Friends!

The painting is complete! Praise GOD! My hands can't take any more! Our great friends, Mike, Lynne and Ryan were here helping over the weekend! Lynne helped me complete the bathrooms! They are so cozy now! By the way, we now have a XM radio piped in and our security system in place! WOOT WOOT! So blessed with great friends - thank you so much!! We needed a moral boost after so many weeks of construction!

Construction Continues.....

The construction began two weeks ago, the plumber did an amazing job, thanks Paul. We have walls thanks to Doug and his crew and electrical is coming along this week! Everyday it looks more and more like our coffee shop. The art walls will be added next week. Oh thanking GOD, I love this adventure!
